The “Beautiful” Beta Iota Chapter at
Spelman College was also elated to welcome Sade Tuckett, Jazmin Jervis, and
Ajene Holmes into Zetaland in the Fall semester of 2014. These three young
ladies exuded their zeal for Zeta and currently uphold the high ideals of
Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood exceptionally well.
Sade Tuckett is a junior, Psychology major from Brooklyn,
New York. She is student leader on Spelman’s campus as a member of the African
Student Association and Muslim Student Association. Her knowledge of global
issues makes her an asset to current political and social activism. She plans
to work in the field of human rights in the future.
Jazmin Jervis is a
sophomore, Political Science major from Philadelphia, Pennsylvannia. Her wealth
of knowledge and understanding of political issues makes her passionate about
the current fights for civil justice. After graduating, she plans to attend law
school and become a corporate and civil rights lawyer.
Ajene Holmes is a
sophomore, Psychology major from Douglas, Georgia. In her spare time she loves
working with children, and plans to become a clinical psychologist. These
sorors are excited to be members of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated and thoroughly
dedicated to the mission of our chapter and sorority.
